Dent Capital was founded to invest permanent capital in the assets and businesses we know best. We are based in Florida and focused on Florida — a market we have spent our careers underwriting, operating, and owning.
We are not a fund. We do not raise on a clock. Our capital comes from our own balance sheet and a small group of long-standing partners, which means every decision is measured in decades rather than quarters.
